Google India Private Limited has renewed its lease at the First International Financial Center (FIFC) in BKC, covering 1,10,980 sq. ft. across two floors. The new lease, effective from June 2025, comes with a monthly rent of ₹3.55 crore. The agreement also includes:
- Rent per sq. ft.: ₹320 per month
- Lease tenure: 5 years
- Rent escalation: 15% increase after 36 months
- Security deposit: ₹9.64 crore
- Stamp duty: ₹1.87 crore
- Registration charges: ₹30,000
Lease Details of Google Cloud India Private Limited
Similarly, Google Cloud India Private Limited has renewed its lease at FIFC for a 38,678 sq. ft. space on a single floor, with the lease starting in June 2025. The monthly rent for this space is ₹1.24 crore, with the following terms:
- Rent per sq. ft.: ₹320 per month
- Lease tenure: 5 years
- Rent escalation: 15% increase after 36 months
- Security deposit: ₹3.13 crore
- Stamp duty: ₹66.92 lakh
- Registration charges: ₹30,000
