Actor Atul Parchure passes away at 57
Renowned Marathi actor Atul Parchure has passed away at the age of 57. His cause of death has not been revealed yet. His family hasn’t issued a statement about his demise.
Parchure passed away almost after a year of reports stating that he was battling cancer. Atul had previously revealed that doctors had found a 5 cm tumour in his liver. “After visiting many doctors, I was asked to get ultrasonography done. When the doctor did it, I saw fear in his eyes and I felt there was something wrong. I was told I have a tumor about 5 centimeters long in my liver and that it is cancerous,” the actor had added, noting that the doctors were confident about his recovery.
Atul had also opened about a misdiagnosis that affected his pancreas. “I started having issues. The wrong treatment actually worsened the condition. I couldn’t even walk. I used to fumble while talking,” the actor had quipped.
He had starred with Shah Rukh Khan in Billu, Salman Khan in Partner and Ajay Devgn in All The Best.
May his soul rest in peace.
