BLACKPINK Announces DEADLINE World Tour: 16 Cities And Global Anticipation

BLACKPINK has officially unveiled their much-anticipated Deadline World Tour, marking a significant return to the global stage. The tour is scheduled to commence on July 5, 2025, at Goyang Stadium in South Korea and will span across major cities in North America, Europe, and Asia, culminating in Tokyo, Japan, on January 18, 2026.The 16-city tour includes performances at iconic venues such as SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles, Soldier Field in Chicago, Rogers Centre in Toronto, Citi Field in New York, Stade de France in Paris, Ippodromo Snai La Maura in Milan, Estadi Olímpic in Barcelona, Wembley Stadium in London, and Tokyo Dome in Tokyo. This marks BLACKPINK’s first all-stadium tour, reflecting their immense global popularity.

A teaser video released on May 23 showcased the word Deadline emerging from a pile of pink glitter, accompanied by dramatic music, igniting excitement among fans. However, the tour’s title has also led to speculation about the group’s future, with some fans interpreting Deadline as a hint at a potential disbandment. One fan expressed on social media, “Calling it the Deadline tour because they’re about to hit their disbandment deadline.”
Despite the rumors, the announcement has been met with overwhelming enthusiasm. Tickets for the Goyang concerts sold out rapidly, prompting the addition of limited view seats. Fans worldwide are eagerly anticipating the tour, which promises to deliver BLACKPINK’s signature high-energy performances and spectacular production value.

Each member has also carved out a successful solo path: Jennie released her debut studio album Ruby in 2025, showcasing a sophisticated blend of genres and collaborations. Jisoo captivated audiences with her solo mini-album AMORTAGE, featuring tracks that explore various facets of love.

As the tour approaches, BLINKs are hopeful for new music releases to accompany the live performances. While the group has not confirmed any new album, the Deadline World Tour stands as a testament to BLACKPINK’s enduring impact on the global music scene.
