Chris Evans talks about his Deadpool & Wolverine connection

Anyone who watched Deadpool & Wolverine has witnessed the epic cameo featuring Chris Evans. The actor makes an appearance, not as Captain America but as the memorable Fantastic Four character Johnny Storm aka Human Torch.
In a recent interaction, Chris Evans revealed that Ryan Reynolds personally got in touch with him to bring him on board for Deadpool & Wolverine. He reportedly texted him asking if he would want to reprise a role from “20 years ago.”
Chris Evans agreed to the role almost instantly. He shared that Ryan is the only reason he signed up to play the role. He went on to heap praise on the Deadpool actor’s sense of humour.
