Exclusive: Palak Tiwarii Reveals Why She Keeps Her Personal Life Private

Actress Palak Tiwarii will soon be seen in the film The Bhootnii. The horror-comedy stars an ensemble cast of Sanjay Dutt, Mouni Roy, Sunny Singh, Aasif Khan and Beyounick (Nickunj Lotia). Besides her films, Palak often makes headlines for her dating rumours with actor Ibrahim Ali Khan. The young couple have not confirmed it officially; the actors are often seen together at events and gatherings and belong to the same friend circle.

During an exclusive conversation with Filmfare, the actress spoke about why she doesn’t like speaking about her personal or dating life. While she did not speak about Ibrahim, she emphasised that at this stage of her career, she does not want her relationship to make headlines or be the topic of conversation.

Palak said, “At this stage of my career, I don’t want my romantic life or my love life to take over or be a topic of conversation when I am trying to make a name for myself. That just really reduces you down to a headline when you want to do so much more. That’s one aspect of it.”

The Bijli Bijli star then explained that she does not like people having opinions on things that she feels strongly about, which is why she prefers to keep things private. “Also, I don’t like people having opinions on anything that I feel strongly about, so obviously if I am in a relationship, I feel strongly about that because that’s why I am in a relationship. I wouldn’t want people to have any opinions on it, and I wouldn’t want to read those opinions. Which is why I would also keep it private,” concluded Palak.
