Hyderabad-based ATL congratulates ISRO on PSLV-C60, Spadex
Hyderabad-based Ananth Technologies Limited (ATL) has congratulated Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) on the launch of the PSLV-C60 vehicle and successful deployment of the Space Docking Experiment (SpaDeX) satellites into low-Earth orbit at an altitude of 470 km on Monday (December 30, 2024).
Chairman and managing director P. Subba Rao has informed, in a press release, that his firm had a role in delivering critical component for the mission like the Rendezvous Processing Units (RPU) and DC-DC converters for SDX01 and SDX02. It also undertook the assembly, integration, and testing at its satellite manufacturing facility.
The PSLV-C60 assembly, integration and testing of various sub-systems, including data acquisition units, transmitters, power modules, NAVIC processor and control modules were also done. “PSLV-C60 is the 10th launch vehicle that ATL has assembled, integrated, and tested,” he said.
ATL operates advanced facilities in Thiruvananthapuram for fabrication, assembly, and testing of launch vehicle sub-systems and satellites. Thus far, it has contributed to the success of 102 satellites and 82 launch vehicles for the country’s space programmes, added the release.
