Recently, a digital creator couple shared a video on Instagram, revealing a simple yet effective way to keep food warm in Canada’s extreme cold.
In the video, a woman asks, “Canada ki thand mein kaise garma garam khana leke ghuma jaye? (How do you carry hot food around in Canada’s cold weather?)” The answer? A thermos.
The clip shows the man opening the cap of a thermos to reveal parathas wrapped in aluminium foil. “What a hack!” he says. The woman says, “Mummy-papa ke nuske in Canada (Mom-dad’s hacks in Canada.)”
Even at -14°C, steam can be seen rising from the parathas, proving they’re still hot and ready to eat. The caption reads, “Ain’t nobody like my desi mom.”
