Jay-Z has been sued for drugging and raping a 13-year-old lady in a lawsuit tied to disgraced rapper, Diddy … which the music mogul is asking “a blackmail try.”

Within the paperwork obtained by TMZ … Jay-Z is known as by an nameless accuser, who says the rapper and Diddy drugged and raped her again in 2000.

The plaintiff, who’s suing as Jane Doe, says the alleged assault occurred at an after social gathering following the MTV Video Music Awards.

The accuser initially filed a lawsuit towards Diddy in October … by which she claimed the Unhealthy Boy Data founder and an unnamed celeb, in addition to one other feminine, proceeded to assault her.

The accuser has since named Jay-Z as the opposite celeb within the alleged assault, as she refiled her lawsuit towards Diddy to incorporate the “Empire State of Thoughts” Rapper on Sunday.
