Reimagining healthcare from the ground up: Meet the 15 trailblazing startups of I‑HEAL @ ISB 3.0 cohort

Despite the rapid strides in India’s healthcare ecosystem, access and affordability remain two of its most persistent challenges—especially at the last mile. Whether it’s reaching under-served geographies or supporting vulnerable communities such as women, children, and the elderly, systemic gaps continue to plague delivery models. It’s in response to this reality that I‑HEAL @ ISB, the flagship healthcare accelerator by DLabs under ISB I‑Venture, was born.

Now in its third edition, the I‑HEAL @ ISB accelerator focuses on bridging these gaps by backing startups that bring innovative, impact-led healthcare solutions to the forefront. From digital health platforms to geriatric care services, the cohort includes early-stage ventures with tested prototypes that are guided through a rigorous acceleration journey—including product refinement, regulatory advisory, mentorship, market access, clinical validation, and funding opportunities.

The program follows a structured approach—beginning with a nationwide Call for Applications, followed by a Screening and Onboarding phase, an Acceleration Phase, and culminating in a Demo Day. At this year’s Demo Day, held on March 24, 2025, 15 startups took center stage to showcase their vision, growth, and traction.

Here’s a closer look at the inspiring startups that made it to I‑HEAL @ ISB 3.0 cohort:
