Rod Woodson Says Lamar Jackson Is MVP, Not Josh Allen, ‘No Query’
Physique cam footage of corrections officers brutally beating a restrained inmate — who died hours later — has been launched by the New York State Lawyer Common … displaying officers hitting the bloodied man repeatedly.
The video reveals Robert Brooks — an inmate serving a 12-year sentence for first-degree assault — repeatedly being punched and kicked … and, one man seems to gag him with a towel.
Movies launched by the legal professional basic’s workplace present one officer repeatedly putting Brooks in his midsection with a shoe as different officers maintain him down together with his arms behind him. At one level, the officers elevate Brooks up by his neck … he is bought blood throughout his face and he cannot even maintain up his personal weight.
In response to the legal professional basic’s workplace, Brooks had a “use of drive” encounter with corrections officers on December 9 at Marcy Correctional Facility in Upstate New York. He was transported to Utica’s Wynn Hospital, about 7 miles away, and died within the early morning hours of December 10.

NY State’s Division of Corrections and Group Supervision Commissioner Daniel F. Martuscello III tells TMZ … “Watching the video proof of Robert Brook’s life being taken left me feeling deeply repulsed and nauseated. There isn’t any excuse and no rationalization for a vulgar, inhumane act that senselessly took a life. This sort of habits can’t be normalized, and I cannot permit it to be inside DOCCS.”
Martuscello says his division plans to independently examine this tragedy … promising institutional change. Among the many adjustments already instituted, Martuscello says 13 of the individuals concerned on this incident have been suspended and one resigned.
The commissioner ends his remark by telling us that this act was a killing … and other people will likely be held liable for their actions.
