Delhi Capitals player Mohit Sharma has expressed his optimism about the upcoming season, praising his captain Axar Patel’s leadership qualities, heading into the 18th edition of the Indian Premier League.

“Both seasons were good for me. This season, I’m playing under Axar, he is very calm-headed and he has good leadership qualities, captaincy role is inbuilt inside him,” Mohit told PTI Videos in an exclusive interview

Sharma emphasized the importance of executing plans well and practicing extensively to achieve success. “Our idea is to execute our plans well, which is very important. We’ll practice a lot. Hopefully, things will turn out well.”

With Axar Patel at the helm and a strong team behind him, Mohit is confident that the Delhi Capitals can make a significant impact in the upcoming season.
